What we do:
- we come to your place of business and talk with key people about their processes and issues. In the Lean world we call this going to The Gemba
- we find areas of waste and inefficiency in the business or its supply chain (this typically takes no more than 2 days). We use the TIMWOOD acronym as a way of focussing on areas of waste.
- we report these to you along with some potential actions and their costs/benefits.
- (optional) we work with your company to implement these actions over a defined period.
As we bring a great deal of knowledge to the table, the R.A.M.P. product is chargeable; in fact, in order for you to give us your attention, we charge £1000+VAT.
However, if we can’t show you directly how to save at least 3x this figure, it’s free!
And, more importantly, if you decide to work with us on implementing our recommendations then 100% of the cost is refundable against future work.
So, we call that a win-win really!
p.s. As a Process Consultancy (and since the M.D. is an Engineer!!), we like to think in terms of Operations, this is why we talk about producing or “manufacturing” things. But it’s not just about making cars or televisions!
All businesses have processes and by definition ALSO have waste. So why, as a business would you not eliminate as much waste as you can?
